Description

The Hikvision DS-7716NXI-K4/16P/VPro is a professional 16-channel 1.5U PoE AcuSense K VPro NVR with 16 built-in PoE ports, AcuSeek, AcuSearch, 4 SATA HDD bays, and 4K HDMI output. It is designed for larger IP CCTV systems that need smart human/vehicle filtering, efficient video search, and expanded local storage.

The Hikvision DS-7716NXI-K4/16P/VPro is a 16-channel network video recorder for professional IP CCTV installations. It supports up to 16 IP camera inputs and includes 16 built-in PoE interfaces, allowing compatible PoE IP cameras to be connected directly to the recorder for simpler installation and automatic camera connection/configuration.

This VPro model supports Hikvision AcuSense, AcuSearch, and AcuSeek. AcuSense helps reduce false alarms by using human and vehicle target classification. AcuSearch works by camera across all channels, but the connected camera must have AcuSearch enabled. AcuSeek is supported across all channels when compatible Hikvision AcuSense cameras are used and AcuSearch is enabled. Hikvision lists AcuSeek as capable of modelling up to 50,000 targets per day, with search language listed as English.

For video performance, the NVR supports H.265, H.265+, H.264 and H.264+ video formats, up to 160 Mbps incoming bandwidth, up to 160 Mbps outgoing bandwidth, and recording resolutions up to 12MP. HDMI output supports up to 4K 3840 × 2160 at 30Hz, with independent VGA output up to 1080p.

For storage, the recorder includes 4 SATA interfaces, with Hikvision listing up to 16TB capacity per HDD. A hard drive should only be advertised as included if your product bundle actually includes one.
